About Me:

I am a management professional with over twenty years of leadership and communications experience, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. I am a proactive forward-thinker who excels in a busy environment. I am very organized and efficient and I work well independently or in a team setting. I am known for my strong problem-solving skills and for being an effective multi-tasker. I have excellent oral and written communication skills and use my strong interpersonal skills to easily build relationships and leverage them whenever possible. I have been recognized by peers for improving processes and reducing costs.

I am in constant pursuit of growth and seek out higher education in order to learn new and better ways to do things more effectively and efficiently. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management in the summer of 2023 and began the Master of Business Administration program in September 2023. After many hours of dedicated hard work, I graduated with my MBA just six months later. As a student I was nominated for the National Society of Leadership and Success, where I completed the Fundamentals course, as well as the Advanced Leadership course, gaining valuable insight into being an effective leader. After completion of my MBA graduate degree, I tested for and achieved my Senior Certified Professional certification through the Society of Human Resource Management. I am currently in the process of enrolling for the Bachelor of Science, Finance program at Western Governors University.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors running or hiking, and I have recently joined the world of CrossFit. I also love to travel. I've been to three foreign countries, 17 states, and many national parks, with many more locations on my wish list.
